hi, i’m currently running another self-esteem boosting blog, www.thenomakeuproject.tumblr.com. if you could feature it on here that would be really great, and i would appreciate it. you didn’t have an ask, so this is the only way i could ask you.

Who are you to say anything? Ridiculing people because of their looks, constantly. What do you honestly get out of it? Who are you to say who is ugly, and who isn’t? What makes you the higher person? I personally think we are beautiful, cute, in our own way. Stop calling people ugly, fat (etc) to uplift your insecure self.
One of the most challenging things we face in our lifetimes is becoming comfortable in our own skin. Don’t make it any worse.

“If you talked to your friends the way you talked to your body, you would have no friends left.” Marcia Hutchinson
Give your body love and respect.
Treat it with kindness.
Treat it with care.
Be patient with it.
Be forgiving.
Because you would act that way towards a friend.
Because you would want a friend to act that way towards you.
Because you deserve it, and so does your body.
